At Mars By GHC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected and eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
